There are a couple of way to see your results on a quiz.  If you have taken multiple attempts or are coming back after having taken the quiz at an earlier time, you will want to go to the quiz tool (under the assessment link in the header) and view your attempt(s) there.  This video shows how to do that.

Often you need to download documents from Desire2Learn because you want print them or visit links embedded in those documents.  The D2L Content Viewer blocks links that are contained in documents viewed in the Content Viewer.  This video shows how to download files from the Desire2Learn (Brightspace) Content Viewer.

I created the course information module to replace the old Course Information Book that had become so popular in Moodle.  It was designed to create an organized place for all of the important information required by the Online Assessment Rubric, i.e., instructor contact information, syllabus, required textbooks and materials, policies, learning objectives.  While much of this information is also in the syllabus, it is important that this information appear in multiple places in an online course.  Students have now become accustomed to seeing this module in courses.  I would encourage the use of this module in all of your classes, not just the completely online courses.
